Born in 1976 in Montreux/VD from an Italian family, sport especially soccer has always been part of my life.
Since my younger age I always struggled with weight. I kept saying that it wasn't important and that I felt good but in reality it wasn't true for me and I would have preferred to look like my "thinner" school friends.
When I started my apprenticeship in an insurance company and had a lot of client contact, I started to really feel bad in my skin and decided to subscribe for a gym membership. Since that day, sport has been an active part of my life.
With time passing by, I had proof, that sport is not only good for my body but also for my soul.
My curiosity pushed me then to understand how the muscle system works, how to achieve an effective training, new technics and methods and I started my education as a fitness and personal trainer. Today I want to use my experience, motivation and passion to your service.

CHF 150 per hour for an individual training of 1 hour
